Summary | Taking SAVI theory and its application to a deeper level. When using SAVI ourselves, teaching SAVI or working with SAVI in consultation, reframing client observations and experience into the SAVI model is a powerful tool. When clients link their experience to communication behavior they can take themselves and others less personally and open up to other behavior possibilities. To do this trainers/consultants need a deep and flexible integration of SAVI theory and facility in recognizing and producing specific behaviors and communication patterns. Whether you are teaching SAVI, talking about it or simply observing a conversation, the connection to theory enables seeing and communicating the SAVI difference, which is what makes SAVI uniquely useful. This seminar is an opportunity to work with colleagues, practice, develop and have fun!
