Through 25+ years in leadership roles and as an executive coach and team development consultant, Michelle has seen examples of fabulous organization and team leadership and epic fails. The difference lies in a few critical leadership skills, among them emotional intelligence, strategic interpersonal communication, developing clear goals and roles, and a keen understanding of organizational culture.

Michelle uses SAVI almost every day with her clients to help them build these skills and have a better understanding of others. Every one of us is handed a communication “toolkit” from our family of origin and other early experiences. Sometimes it’s just a matter of trading in a couple tools for some fresh ones!

Michelle is a SAVI® Certified Trainer and holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Rice University.
