After 10 years of experience in management roles, Hella has 25 years of experience as a consultant, team coach and executive coach, working for a wide range of private and public companies and organizations.

She holds a Master degree in Business Communication, is a Certified SAVI® trainer since 2015 and a licensed Systems Centered® practioner.
