Allan is an organizational consultant with 30 years of experience focused primarily on continuous improvement, change management, coaching, and team performance. Allan is skilled in designing and facilitating meetings, workshops, and conferences and is particularly adept with applying theories, frameworks, and approaches in practical, fit-for-purpose ways – including SAVI! He is an active member of The Systems-Centered® Training & Research Institute (SCTRI) and is pursuing licensure as a Systems-Centered® Practitioner. Allan’s home is in Houston, Texas and his work has taken him around the world, serving clients in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Argentina, Venezuela, Bolivia, Ecuador, The Netherlands, and the UK. He has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston. When he’s not working, driving, or flying, he spends time gardening, playing classical piano, sweating at the gym, relaxing on the beach, and skiing down gently sloped mountains.
