In this two-day Workshop, we will build on the work of Patterns not People by including:

• Broadening the range of patterns to code & produce
• Looking at the patterns through the lens of SAVI Theory
• Seeing what each is saying about implicit & explicit goals
• Developing hypotheses based on the data collected
• Exploring the assets & liabilities of different patterns in different contexts
• Building an exploratory & collaborative communication climate & having fun
