Functional communication is core to effective relationships and problem solving. Some ways of communicating generate frustration, while others move us toward our goals. Why? In this workshop we’ll introduce SAVI (System for Analyzing Verbal Interactions), to explain these differences. We’ll practice using SAVI to see systems, and learn strategies for changing the tone toward more productive and satisfying conversations.
